Finance
The Finance Team is responsible for being good stewards of the church’s resources, and making sure the church uses its resources responsibly. This includes:
- Making sure an annual audit is completed
- Reviewing any policies that pertain to the church’s use of funds yearly
- Discussing, and approving or denying any requests for funds
- Payroll
- The church’s budget
- Making plans to pay down any debts
- Ensuring legal compliance in all areas
- Regularly monitoring the market and brainstorming strategies to better steward the church’s money
