True Love and Obedience

Many in the church have heard _______________ calls to obey God and His word.

However, for many, these calls fall on deaf __________….or perhaps deaf _____________.

For others, the call to obey seems _______________; though not always easy.

Still others wonder, “what’s the ______________”?

Why do people obey the rules in their own lives?

  1. We think the rule is _____________ for us.
  2. We don’t think the rule is __________ for us but we       are afraid of the ____________________.

Reasons #1 and #2 are primarily focused on ________.

1 John 5:2-3
