Big Idea:  When I ____________ worrying and ____________ praying, I have ________________ peace in my life.

1.  _____________ Worrying.

Matthew 6:31-32

31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

            Worry is _____________.

The key is to know that God wants you to             _______________ worry by ________________ trust.

This process can’t happen only in the __________________    but in all the _______________ of your life.

2.  _________________  Praying.

How much time do you pray?

3.  _________________ Peace.

I am not promised that God will answer my prayers       the way I _______________.

Prayer works when my _______________ agrees with God   even when His _______________ don’t agree with me.

Will you take God at His ______________?

A great example of this kind of praying is found in the   life of ________________.

Daniel 6:10

10 Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.

            _____________ Worrying.

            It’s not too simplistic…rather it’s being ______________.

            _____________ Praying.

“Dear God, I’ve decided not to pray because I think        __________________ is more important.”

            ________________ Peace.
