Not Sure What to Say Here

I finished Song of Solomon this morning. Not really sure what I should say about this. Some of this book is rated for mature audiences only (in metaphor, not in actual words). Some believe that this letter is a love story about a man and a woman.   Others believe it is an allegory about Jesus and His church. I’m not sure. I suggest you read this book for yourself and let the Holy Spirit apply it to your life. I do know one thing. Saying that your wife’s nose is like the “tower of Lebanon” and that her waist is like a “heap of wheat” are two metaphors that are best left unsaid in today’s world. Something has been lost in the translation. That is all….
