Moving Right Along….

It is almost 1:00 a.m. and I am taking a break from packing.  I’m not used to staying up this late but I wanted to put on my first blog post.  Normally, I’ll be writing about the scripture I read that morning, and I’d love to interact with as many of you who would like to “talk”.  My desire is that this blog can be a tool for us to read God’s word together and then to share what God is doing in our minds through His word.

Tonight the passage that came to my  mind was  Revelation 22:5  ⁵ There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.  As I’m struggling to stay awake, trying to get things accomplished, I was reminded of how heaven will be.  That’s what Revelation 22:5 is referring to.  In heaven, there will be no night as God’s glory will provide the light.  I don’t think we’ll ever get tired in heaven either.  Just think of it.  We’ll be able to continually praise God and have fellowship with other believers without ever getting tired…Oh, and I don’t think we’ll ever have to pack for a move either!
