Musical Day Camp Sign-Up

When?

July 30th – August 3rd 2018
Practices 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday-Friday and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday
Performances on 8/4 at 7:00 PM and 8/5 at 9:30 AM(Sunday School hour)

Fees

$25.00 for the first child in a family.
$15.00 for each additional child in the same family.

Please complete this form to register your child for Musical Day Camp at Buffalo Valley Church of the Brethren. All fields are required.

Register early, This camp has a limited number of slots and fills up quickly.

Please mail your check made payable to "BVCOB" and note your child's name on the check. You can also place your check in the offering plate on a Sunday morning.
